I have completely loved every episode until the last. "The Hunting Party" was really great until the campside conversation with "Zeke" as Sawyer calls him. This guys goes on about not going into your neighbors house and going into locked rooms, etc, etc. Fine. I understand his point. HOWEVER, why does Jack and Sawyer stand there like dumb and dumber. Why are they not making their point to "Zeke" that they don't want to be on his stupid island? They are only doing things on the island to survive. I know that Locke likes being on the island and that's why he didn't probe further.
REALITY--I know is not as entertaining, but...
I would be telling this guy. First, we want off your island. Second, we are not here by choice and are trying to survive. Third, your little band of natives can help us if you so "neighborly" instead of kidnapping and killing us. And so on and so forth. You get the point.
Now I know that "Zeke" would not have answered the questions because the show must go on. However, it would have been a little more realistic and not so much like this is a war amongst tribes, which, now that Jack has recruited Anna Lucia as General, it will end up being.
I will continue to love the show, it is the best one I've ever seen, but I was somewhat annoyed by the production of this episode.
$1.08 for your thoughts.
